Location

The power plant is located near the village of Vojshanci, Negotino. Negotino is part of the Vardar region and the Tikvesh valley and it is mainly under the influence of the Mediterranean and the continental climate.

Activities

In four months EVN Macedonia constructed the biggest two-sided photovoltaic power plant that accumulate the power from the upper part but with the help of reflecting material from the bottom part also.

Specifications

This power plant has installed capacity of 1.479,36 KW. The land is 17 659 m2 big and 4416 panels on 25 degrees angle (south side orientation) are placed on 7593 m2. The average sunlight energy is 1570 KWh/m2.

Natural environment influence

The energy generation from photovoltaic panels has positive influence on the environment and it is indirectly reducing the greenhouse gasses emission. This power plant is reducing emission of 13.705,00 kg CO2.
